A few weeks ago we took the kids down to Stinson Beach. It was a gorgeous day and they LOVED the beach. Tess in particular rolled around in the sand for hours, she was hilarious. We stayed in Sausalito for the night and took advantage of the heated pool and spa for a few hours. The next day we went into SF for some fun at the wharf. It was a great overnight trip and a nice way to celebrate Blythe's Suessical debut coming to an end.
We were so blessed to have Grandpa Reed and Grandma Kathy, Nana Beth, Uncle Jo, and Bryn come join us over Suessical Weekend. It was so great to have so much support for Blythe on opening night. Papa and Nonus, Em and Zac and the girls, and lots of friends and ward members came to see Bean make her onstage debut.

This was a sweet surprise I found waiting for me when I got out of the shower one day.
Blythe had the chance to perform songs from Suessical at a few of our area elementary schools in conjunction with their "Love to Read" programs. It was great practice for the cast to get them ready for the real performances which happened a few weeks later.
